FAQ's

*How Long Will it Take For My Order to Arrive?

-Some products will arrive earlier than others depending if the order is custom made or If I already have product mixed up in advance.

-Orders have to be paid for in advance in order to make your product. Once we have discussed details, I will send the you a link in order to purchase. 

-From the making to the shipping of the product it will take no more than 7 days. Depends on the order because it is customed made. The money you pay will help pay for items for your product  that I may not have on hand.

*Shipping and Payment Handling

-TX residents will have to pay Sales Taxes

-All payments are accepted and processed through PayPal.

-USPS will handle all shipping. I am not responsible for wrong address'. Please make sure the address you provide through PayPal is correct. I will not replace purchases that were sent to the wrong address.

-Gift Purchases: Please provide their shipping address on PayPal. I will ship the gift to that address.

-TheManeBliss is not responsible for returned parcels or parcels not received because of address mistakes on the part of the customer, nor are we responsible for courier mistakes or loss or damages because of negligence on the part of the courier. These matters must be taken up with the courier directly and each customer receives valid USPS or Fedex tracking information.

-Any damages with an order or missing/incorrect items must be reported within 2 days of order receipt. Report to TheManeBliss @ gmail.com

*Returns & Exchanges

-I'm willing to work things out be it due to bad packaging, a mishap of not getting all that you ordered, or wrong item is in your package as long as proof is shown in 2 days after product arrival.

-Returns are not accepted back.

*What if my Product is Extra Firm/soft/gritty

-No need to worry in between making the order and shipping the product might change. All butters varie in texture. They all still work the same just melt it in your hands and do your magic.

-I will use cold packs to help control some of the heat that will happen during the summer months. Winter time I will discontinue.
